The Key 'Share Some Joy' campaign: terms & conditions:
All submissions will be reviewed by The Key before they are published to make sure they are in keeping with the intended purpose and tone of this campaign
This is a public noticeboard for all those who work in a school or trust. It is an opportunity to show appreciation to a colleague for their hard work this year and to share joy within the sector as 2024 winds to a close
Submissions that are offensive, abusive or include unsolicited advertising, or sharing of materials for commercial benefit will be rejected. Offenders will automatically have any subsequent post requests declined
The content of all submissions is owned by and is the responsibility of the person(s) who uploaded them – The Key has no ownership or responsibility for the comments shared
Unwanted submissions, or those uploaded in error can be removed at any time – either by the person who submitted a message, or by the person who received a message – by emailing The Key at sharesomejoy@thekeysupport.com. We will respond during office hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday). Requests to remove submissions by any other party will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
The Key reserves the right to decline any post submission, at any time
The Key's 'Share Some Joy' noticeboard will be open for submissions from Monday 25 November 2024 to Friday 20 December 2024 (to coincide with the last day of term). The noticeboard will remain live until Monday 6 January 2025
Prize draw terms & conditions:
To qualify for the prize draw you must be 18 years or over
To enter the prize draw you must share a message on The Key's 'Share some Joy' noticeboard and provide your email address by 5pm on Friday 20 December 2024
One prize of a 12-month Whole School membership and a £50 Amazon voucher for the colleague that the post is dedicated to is on offer
Multiple entries are allowed per person. One entry constitutes a message shared on The Key's 'Share Some Joy' noticeboard to a colleague of your choosing. One entry/message will be drawn at random. The subsequent person/school who posted the message, and the person the message was dedicated to will be named as winners
The winner will be selected by way of a random draw from all submissions received in accordance with these terms and conditions
The winner will be selected and notified by Friday 10 January 2025
The winner will be notified by email and given details of how to claim their prize. If winners do not respond within 21 days of being notified of their win, their prize will be forfeited and The Key will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above
The winner will receive a 12-month Whole School membership, starting from the date of their response to our email. Existing Whole School members will have 12 months added to their current membership
Existing members with access to The Key Leaders only, as well as existing Leaders+ members with access to The Key Leaders and GovernorHub, or The Key Leaders and The Key Safeguarding will receive an upgrade to Whole School for 12 months. A £50 Amazon voucher for the colleague that the winning post is dedicated to will be sent to the colleague via email
The prize is non-transferable and will be sent to the email address provided when the message to The Key's 'Share Some Joy' noticeboard was posted
