Recipient name

Recipient role

We will use this information to;

Provide a festive messaging service between one or more individuals and share those messages on a public page for everyone to see unless you wish to post anonymously.
Perform internal processing / vetting of the information you have provided in line with the terms and conditions to support the feature.
To ensure the technical security and business continuity of our site.

Data Retention

We will retain your data for a period of 60 days from the competition closing date after which it will be permanently deleted.

Request to remove

You may request we remove your post at any time by contacting sharesomejoy@thekeysupport.com.
You may also opt out of receiving future communications in relation to the Share some joy feature by contacting sharesomejoy@thekeysupport.com or by clicking the link on any marketing emails we may send you.
